The whole process from a GP referral to a hand clinic through to operation was quick , pain free and straightforward. Mr.Naqui was professional and empathetic and provided me with all the details concerning my condition , rehabilitation as well as any future issues. I appreciate the intervention undertaken on my hand by Mr. Naqui and am extremely pleased with the outcome.

I was referred to Mr Naqui after waiting a significant amount of time on the NHS for a tendon rupture in my thumb. It was my first surgical procedure and very nervous however Mr Naqui was truly lovely and extremely patient. He very methodically explained the procedure and the recovery path, allaying any fears i had. I couldn't recommend him highly enough

Finger joint pain I suffered with an extremely painful finger joint. I would watch TV with a bag of frozen peas wrapped around the finger. A full night's sleep was impossible. My GP - whilst sympathetic- led me to believe that nothing could be done. Fortunately I was referred to Mr Naqui and his team. He suggested a knuckle replacement!! Post op - I'm completely pain free. Peas are for eating and a full night's sleep possible. There seems to be little awareness of this procedure so I feel very lucky that I met up with Mr Naqui and his professional caring team. Special thanks to Donna who was always at the end of the phone!

The initial consultation with Mr Naqui was very informative about the Dupuytrens condition and the process of the fasciectomy and I felt reassured that it would be worth having the surgery done. On the 2nd February I had the Dupuytrens fasciectomy on my right little finger which was permanently bent. I am very pleased with the results and my finger is now almost straight and moves well from straight to a tight fist. I had 4 visits to Lindsey, a hand therapist, who managed the wound took the stitches out ,provided exercises and made a splint for overnight. She worked on the scar tissue and movement. She was excellent and I feel her therapy has been an essential part of the recovery and success of my fasciectomy.
