Mr Jeve gave direct factual answers to my questions. He was caring and compassionate and was the main person that helped ensure my surgery was treated as a priority so I was not left waiting any further. He is the man that made things happen and treated me with dignity and respect. He made me feel valued and important and a patient, and I am so glad I crossed paths with Mr Jeve. A true gentleman who also mentioned that things can always be improved and was striving for feedback to offer the best patient experience and care. Thank you so much Mr Jeve.
