I received excellent care from Mr Wisam Al-Hakim. He listened to my problem and came up with options to help solve my pain. He completed surgery on my shoulder which helped me return to full health and I was able to resume my everyday activities. He and his team at Holly hospital were so kind and caring and I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Very clear and concise information regarding carpal tunnel release on both my hands .l did not have any pain after operation and scar tissue has healed beautifully. Appointments were on time .although I still get numbness and pins and needles in fingertips my grip has greatly improved.

I had the pleasure to meet Mr Wisam-Al Hakim last Thursday at Whipps Cross Universaty hospital and he was so reassuring and a total gentleman . Mr Wisam-Al Hakim assured me he would do the operation himself as I was very concerned and on Friday morning I got a phone call to go to Gateway for a pre assessment next week ready for my surgery as apparently that’s where they do all the Orthopedic ops what wonderful service so far from the NHS . I will update you when I’ve had my surgery but I have every confidence .

I had severe dupuytren in both hands , the right hand was the thumb and finger closing and stuck together , and the left hand a finger was closing into my palm , Mr Wisam AL-Halkim operated on them and now I've got use of both hands , plus he is just a gentleman from start to finish

What an amazing doctor, I am so happy. I am doing things with my thumb that I never thought that I would ever be able to do again. He listened he was really nice and caring to me and took on board my concerns. I was really nervous but felt reassured. I had a thumb CMCJ replacement and I loved that he did not splint me and that the bandage was off after a couple of days. I really feel that this helped me to recover quicker. When I researched the surgery most Surgeons put you in a splint for 6 weeks. Its been lifechanging and really excited to have my right thumb operated on now. I would highly recommend Mr. Wisam Al-Hakim. Thank-you
