From the first appointment I had with Mr Al Hakim I felt safe and reassured. He is a very gentle and considerate man. I had a Left reverse polarity total shoulder replacement. I was in Holly house for three days and all the staff on all levels were excellent, I'm still having physic treatment with Sophie who is also great. My treatment from start to finish was 100%, my treatment was NHS funded. Pain free at last!
