I went to see MR KIm at the Alex in mid May this year since I had an x ray on my right hip which showed bone on bone contact. This was causing me to limp with vary degrees of pain. Realising that something had to be done and the sooner the better Mr Kim advised a total hip relacement. Two options were offered a complete manual operation or a robotically assisted procedure. I opted for the latter since the accuracy of the replace ment could be achieved within 0.5 mm i.e. to all intent and purpose no difference in leg lenght. I am now wll on the road to recoverywith no pain and no limp. I see Mr Kim again in 6 months time. Very satisfied with the whole of the treatment.
