Mr Townley is the consummate professional. He is dedicated and thorough in his approach. His style is quite direct and to the point and he comes across with plenty of conviction. As a direct result, he inspires confidence in his clients. He also clearly works very effectively in partnership with other consultants (in my instance Mr Obholzer).
I believe that innovation and creativity is what gives Mr Townley a competitive edge in the field of complex facial reconstruction. To illustrate, I met him first to discuss a cross facial nerve graft. Ultimately, he also did a nerve to masseter procedure and a static cheek sling recognising that I needed all of the above.

Mr Townley was excellent. I had a prominent mole removed from my face and you cannot tell. I also had some botox and asked for the 'no botox' look and Mr Townley was able to deliver a perfect outcome. Again, I am thrilled with the results, I look the same, just refreshed, which is exactly what I asked for.
