My mother and I couldn't recommend Mr Flannery highly enough. He was professional, able to communicate the problem clearly and able to identify and resolve the problem. He was patient and generous with his time and we were very happy with the bill. He was genuinely concerned about helping find a long term solution in the most cost effective way.

I was waiting for an ENT appointment through the NHS and out of desperation I rang Mr Flannery's office and was given an appointment that very same day. Mr Flannery was able to put my mind at ease and gave really good advice and recommendations. As I was self funding he appreciated the cost implications and gave me the best options forward which I really appreciated.
