Dr Flannery was very direct which I appreciate. He clearly explained he could not fixed my problem but make my life easier and more comfortable. And I believe he did. He also discovered that my internal sinus was not straight - which I had never known, or was never told in 35 years! He explained what he could do and let me take the decision. The operation went well. Also the clinic staff is great and made it easier. Jan Evans, his secretary, is lovely and very helpful. She responds very fast. Dr Flannery is a reliable and competent doctor; and he is very well supported by the staff and Jan. I would highly recommend them.
