I was suffering from tinnitus and saw Mr Flannery over video several times. I was also referred for tests with Alexia in Reading. Both Mr Flannery and Alexia were excellent, thoughtful and considered. I have a better understanding of tinnitus, and no longer have the same level of concern. This in turn leads to reduced symptoms.
