My son suffers from nose bleeds and has been seen by Mr Flannery on multiple occasions. He has an excellent 'bed side' manner and listens carefully to you. He explains and describes what is happening in a digestible way and shows genuine care and concern. Fully explaining what the next steps will be.

Mr Flannery saw my 4 year old in his clinic recently after a referral following numerous bouts of tonsillitis. Mr Flannery was very kind and gentle with my son and listened to what I had to say. I was very pleased with the outcome of the appointment and Mr Flannery explained everything to me in detail.

Mr Flannery went out of his way to make my 4 year old feel comfortable and at ease. He listened to me and what issues we was having and was understanding throughout. Mr Flannery went out of his way to explain in detail different sleep patterns and effects it would be having so i could fully understand why we would go ahead with the removal of tonsils. A very lovely gentleman who i would happily see again. Thank you for your great service to the NHS
