I have recently undergone corrective ankle fusion surgery by Dr Chellam after a failed attempt by another surgeon, I now feel like I am on the road to recovery, I totally trust everything Dr Chellam has done and is doing for me. Really appreciate everything he has done for me, what a fantastic guy , thankyou

Recently i was a patient of Mr Chellam's at the MRI. He was friendly polite and made me feel so at ease. I found it so easy to talk to him. He listened and he explained in depth so i knew what to expect in the future and the satisfactory progress i had up to my discharge. Nothing was too much trouble. His sutures were extremely neat therefore any scars will be hardly noticeable. In my experience i can't fault him and feel priveleged to have had him as my surgeon

I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon with an interest in Foot and Ankle Surgery and Trauma.
I qualified with honours from the University of Liverpool in 2005 before completing Foundation training in Merseyside and a Core Surgical Training Programme.
I received my orthopaedic training in Yorkshire and passed my FRCS (TrOrth) in 2017 before my fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery in Liverpool and a further fellowship in major trauma and pelvic trauma in Leeds.
