Mr Olarinde asked me to describe my symptoms, diagnosed the problem and promptly treated it during the consultation. The Epley's manoeuvre was effective with dizziness corrected.
Follow up phone call to discuss the requested hearing tests with Peter Byrom completed the picture.

Mr Olarinde made my tinnitus diagnosis a non traumatic experience, listening to all my questions and concerns in a good natured, direct and empathetic manner.
