Prof Bobic is a brilliant surgeon.
My experience of his work goes back some ten years, and now includes three Arthroscopic Knee Surgery procedures, the latest taking place on 31 July 2024.
His gifting is a wonderful balance between professionalism, and his ability to fully explain a procedure in a manner which his patients can fully understand, and ensures confidence in him.
Prof Bobic has many years of experience in his specilalist expertise. He discusses the patient options in a clear and helpful way.
I do thank him for his amazing gifting and ability as he performs his service to both myself, and his many other patients.
His reputation is a reason why The Grosvenor Nuffield Hospital Chester has such a great reputation.

Been dealing with Dr Bobic for the last few years, regarding ongoing knee problems. He did my OATS procedure abd knee arthroscopy. Very skilled and actually cares for his patients.

My previous reconstructive knee surgery with Mr Bobic was approximately 20 years ago and the outcome was superb, it re-enabled a full and active sporting life.
Upon having some recent symptoms in the same Knee, I am equally grateful for Mr Bobic's careful and thorough evaluation of a cartilage tear, thankfully on this occasion surgery was avoided with his wisdom and a little patience.
A surgeon of exceptional knowledge and skill!

Mr Bobic has now carried out 4 procedures to my knees, I can only offer praise to his high standard of care and skill. All 4 operations were a success and I suffered the minimum of discomfort after each operation. I would highly recommend him to anybody in need of knee surgery

Vladimir Bobić is a Consultant Orthopaedic Knee Surgeon in full-time clinical and surgical practice. He is the Director and founder of Chester Knee Clinic and Cartilage Repair Centre. The clinic, founded in 1996, is based at the Grosvenor Hospital in Chester, where it is recognised as an ISAKOS-approved teaching centre. Professor Bobić has over twenty five years of extensive experience in all aspects of knee surgery, including arthroscopic surgery, ligament reconstruction, knee arthroplasty, and particularly in articular cartilage repair. Prof Bobić is an internationally recognised expert and one of the UK’s clinical pioneers in knee articular cartilage repair. His clinical and surgical practice includes all contemporary articular cartilage repair technologies like subchondral drilling (microfracture), OATS (autologous osteochondral grafting, which is often combined with implantation of autologous bone marrow aspirate), AMIC (deep subchondral drilling combined with collagen ChondroGide membrane), ACI (autologous chondrocyte implantation or characterized chondrocyte implantation) and various autologus stem cell-based therapies.
