An excellent clinician in every respect. Attended me on an urgent basis providing great communication in what he was organising for me in respect shortage of breath and other treatments required...ECG..BLOOD TESTS FOR ANEMIA....IRON INTRAVENUS INJECTIONS...ECHO CARDIOGRAM...CT SCAN. All this was dealt with on an urgent basis.
This man is a treasure and a great asset to his profession and the NHS.

at York District Hospital
I met Dr Vivek in the York District Hospital AnE where I work as a junior doctor, He recently joined there as a consultant. He is an impeccable consultant, extremely knowledgable, highly skilled, always there for juniors, courteous, let people talk, and listen to them carefully. Recently, I asked for his help to teach me a procedure I had not done before. The way he made me comfortable and explained every step, I will never forget it!
Moreover, he always makes himself available to review patients. I love how he communicates with a patient. I can see how the patients immediately feel safer in his presence. I would highly recommend Dr Vivek Chhabra to everyone.
I met Dr Chhabra on my duties in A&E, he is a great clinician, an amazing person to have around in the department, he has always been very helpful, always has an eye for junior colleagues who may be in need of senior advice, he taught me about the ED ACS, TMAC score used to assess chest pain. I have always felt comfortable around him, always keen to teach. Always makes himself available to review patients. I am always glad to know that he is working when I am on shift.
Very nice, kind, caring and helpful to both colleagues and patients. Excellent clinical knowledge and management skills. Looking forward to learn and work more with Dr Chaabra.
I really enjoyed working together.
