Mr Patel performed a complex operation on my shoulder cuff post-injury and I have to say, the operation has been a huge success. I had torn the ligaments in my shoulder cuff, and I could not lift my right arm before the operation and was in a lot of pain. The healing process was long, but I followed all the detailed instructions given by Mr Patel and regularly saw a physio. Five months on, I am delighted to say I have made a full recovery, have full mobility and am swimming regularly again. Mr Patel is an exceptional surgeon. Mr Patel and his PA, quickly arranged a surgery following accidental injury. The whole process was very smooth and performed quickly and successfully with thorough follow up. It was particularly helpful that Mr Patel gained all the information from my initial care within the NHS on my behalf. Then enabling my urgent surgery to be carried out, covered by insurance, at a more convenient, calm and time efficient location.
