Very approachable
Extremely professional and knowledgeable
Caring, gentle and no question was unanswered
Listened to all concerns, advised regarding best course of action with full explanations along the way
Put at ease throughout both procedures, felt very calm and safe
Amazing admin support from PA, all calls answered and/or returned in timely fashion, nothing felt like too much trouble
