While Dr Khullar is undoubtedly a nice man, with a lovely and reassuring manner, I am sad to report that he did not diagnose or improve my condition - putting me on a never-ending cocktail of antibiotics, while dismissing my concerns that I might have a gynaecological issue, such as endometriosis. Or that at least it was worth considering. Guess what... after seeking a second opinion, I do have endometriosis. If Dr Khullar had listened to my concerns, I could have been spared an additional two years+ of pain and not filled my body with unnecessary drugs. Others seem to have had positive experiences with him, but I say be prepared to advocate for yourself strongly.

After years of bladder problems and bring palmed off with negative dipstick tests, I went to see Prof Khullar filled with hope, having read all these great reviews. He was very pleasant and may be brilliant at what he does but sadly I never really got to find out: having finally had a problem identified at my initial appointment, I was then refused any follow up as I had a procedure carried out on the NHS (which I mistakenly understood him to have approved). I felt let down and think I should have been been made aware from the start that he doesn’t accept his private patients using any NHS urogynae services. The secretaries were also vague with information on the phone and non-responsive to my emails, apart from booking the initial appointment, sending the bill — and telling me I would not be seen again. I wish I’d had such a good experience as other reviewers but I was disappointed and am still suffering.

Proffessor Khullar is an incredibly knowledgable gifted and interested Dr! He is incredibly kind and instills confidence that there are ways forward to treat a seemingly impossible condition! Probably the best Dr I have ever met! His care for my daughter is outstanding.

Professor Khullar is undoubtably the best in his field and top of his game but he is also kind, compassionate and listens to what your problems are and deals with them. Having suffered for years from debilitating and chronic UTIs, Professor Khullar is the ONLY doctor to get me on the road to recovery and I have seen my fair share of specialists! Yes his wait list is long (but worth it) and his team of medical secretaries are excellent. They always listen patiently if I get symptomatic and believe me I drive them mad when I have a UTI! They will get in touch with Professor Khullar on my behalf and then follow up with what I should do. If you suffer like I do with bladder issues he's the man!
