This is not a criticism of Mr Veer but the technology platform is quite hard to access. An email ahead of my consultation encouraging me to look at my results might have been helpful but given the severity of my condition I’m not sure I would have Iiked to have read the report ‘cold’. As it happened I received huge benefit from having Mr Veer provide some immediate context.
