I gave 4 for trust as this was the first time I had seen Mr Hu, having said that I felt very comfortable as he was asking questions due to the incomplete information in my file and did not proceed until he had enough information gleened from myself and my file. I woud be happy to see Mr Hu again. From walking into the Victoria Infirmary to walking out my experience was very possitive.
Provided quick and attentive care during my visits, promptly giving answers to my questions and giving great detail on his conclusions.
I liked my consultation with Mr Hu. He asked a lot of questions which was good. He also gave constructive advice on how to manage my eye condition.(meibomianitis) I thought of some questions after the consultation but as I am seeing him in 6 months again I will write these down and ask them next time.
It was a very pleasant visit and I was seen on time. This is the first time I have visited Northwich Victoria for an eye appointment I usually go to Leighton Hospital but I would definitely recommend this hospital and this consultant to other patients.
This was a constructive consultation enabling me to feel more positive for my ongoing eye discomfort.
Mr Hu was very relaxing and explained everything in "lay man's " terms so I was able to understand his findings.
Very through in his examination of my eyes and very reassuring !
Many Thanks
