My experience with Mr Arzoglou was nothing but exceptional, from my first appointment with him to being discharged. Mr Arzoglou was the first person who actually listened and heard what I was saying, at my first consultation. He explained fully his thoughts and how he would like to progress to determine the problem. As a day care patient, he undertook a procedure, and he talked me through what he was going to do and how this would be done. During this process he continually checked in with me and again kept me in touch with what he was doing He came to see me before I was discharged to make sure that I was ok and to let me know how tings had gone. At my last consultation with him, he discussed with me the findings of the MRI and explained the way forward in the longer term I would highly recommend Mr Arzoglou I would also like to say how attentive Mr Arzoglou's secretary, Paula, was. It didn't matter how many times I e-mailed her with different queries she always responded quickly and did everything she could to help My thanks go to both of them for such a good experience
