Mr Arzoglou is an expert in his field, he identified worn and joined bones in my neck, he was a good listener to my concerns on our first meeting. He confidently assured me that my problem was a liveable condition and assured me that if I had further concerns or a worsening of the condition to get back to him for any further treatment.

I organised an appointment with Mr Arzoglou back in April 2023 in the hope that he could explain to me in terms I could understand, the results of a scan I had had at the instigation of my GP surgery. The telephone conversation with my GP had left me none the wiser about what was gong on and, frankly, worried so I decided to get a specialist explanation and opinion. Mr Arzoglou very patiently listened to my concerns and symptoms, undertook a thorough examination of the area giving me trouble, and took the trouble to look at the scan himself rather than just read the report. He explained to me what was going on in terms easily understood by a non specialist, and why I was experiencing the symptoms I was, and allayed my more extreme fears as to the prognosis. I was very grateful to him for taking this trouble. I would have no hesitation in consulting Mr Arzoglou again in the future shoaled the need arise.

Mr Arzoglou listened with great interest to the symptoms. He gave and explained very well the options I had. I opted for the operation. He explained very well the pros and the cons of the operation. He was very caring and helpful. After the operation he came a few times to see me. I am very great full as he gave me a second chance to live my life again.

Mr. Arzoglou is an excellent consultant. He is very professional. He listens attentively. He is approachable. He involved me in the difficult decisions I had to make. He made ne feel comfortable.
