I would like to convey my thanks to Mr Arzoglou for, of course, the life restoring surgery which he performed on my spine in February 2020, but also for the wholly professional way in which he went about his business. Apart from being highly proficient at his trade, I must observe that his interpersonal skills are of the highest order. Mr Arzoglou took the time out to speak to me on a number of occasions, pitching his explanations at very much the right level. He patiently observed my own level of understanding of the situation and then briefed accordingly. In my opinion he did more than was required of him in terms of giving explanation and prognosis and was both honest and realistic, giving nothing more than considered input. I cannot thank him enough and can only sing his praises. I sincerely hope that this message gets back to him. Again my unreserved thanks.
