The above doctor took time to explain my condition and the risks that was involved in surgery. He was attentive in listening and eager to discover what my symptoms had been prior to the initial MRI Scan. I felt confident and reassured in his caring professional manner. Following discharge from hospital I was impressed by the personal care he took in explaining in detail by letter the outcome of the surgery when I returned home also in a follow up consultation by telephone.
