This Dr is lovely and my initial consultation gave me great hope that he would get to the bottom of my long standing devastating pain in my thoracic spine. He found dextroscoliosis from a CT and requested a further spect scan in order to find my problem. However, a year later, delay due to covid, I was devastated at my review to be told he couldn't do anything to help me. I was shocked and didn't ask the questions that I needed answering after he said he would refer me to rheumatology. I walked away upset and annoyed at myself for not asking certain questions. I am still in constant hideous pain and feel like I keep getting passed from pillar to post. Dr Arzoglou is lovely but as a suggestion maybe another Dr could sign off his referrals as I am still waiting 6/7 weeks later for my referral due to Dr Arzoglou catching covid. Whilst I sympathize greatly, I am desperate for this to be done so that my GP can refer me privately. I went to Dr Arzoglou as a private patient and he then referred me back to himself on the NHS as the spect scan was only available on the NHS. This then took a year more of pain for me which has also been very frustrating when living with such severe pain. I am desperate for the help of the correct consultant, which I thought was going to be Dr Arzoglou.
