Mr Arzoglou was very kind, sincere, patient and caring. He was keen to answer any questions about the procedure. He was open and honest, and throughout the process he had my interests at heart. He was very competent and together with his colleagues I felt reassured despite the seriousness of the procedure. He is clearly very experienced and I felt completely safe in his hands. I was grateful for his consideration, especially the morning after the operation when he took the time to see me despite only finishing late the previous evening.
I wouldn’t hesitate to consult him again if required and would unreservedly recommend him to other patients with similar conditions. I have the upmost regard for Mr Arzoglou.
