I was referred to Mr. Kaplan and is extremely greatful. He was very considerate and caring to both myself and my husband. His holistic manner to care mind and body take him above and beyond his call of duty. I had excessively large breast which I found uncomfortable mentally and physically and was worried about being left scared and lopsided to add to my lack of self-confidence and stress. Mr. Kaplan was wonderful at putting me and my husband at ease. He talked us through everything and allowed us the space to make our own decision. What a sense of humour and bedside manner. My operation was scheduled very quickly after the diagnosis. Mr. Kaplan not only took away my DCIS but gave me a beautiful reduction, not generally available on the NHS but he could see my mental state and made a case for me. I am prone to keloids but I can barely see the scars and its only just over a year. I am so grateful. The nursing staff was teriffic, thank you NHS. My entire care was second to none. My nurse Nadine was teriffic. Nothing was too much trouble - she was only a phone call away such a warm and professional team of people. My self-esteem has soared and my breasts are now healthy and small(er). Mr. Kaplan, thank you for giving me back my life. You are a fantastic surgeon and a lovely person.

Mr Kaplan is an complete hero, he goes above and beyond in his job. His professional and caring attitude is second to none. When I got diagnosed with Breast Cancer it was quite a scary situation, but with Mr Kaplan's excellent Skills and professional caring manner, it made the journey through it a lot easier. His team that he works with are brilliant, especially the Breast care specialist Nurse Wendy, she went above and beyond in supporting me, which I am truly thankful for. They will both always have a special place in my Heart, and I will always be so grateful for the care I received.

Mr Kaplan... I want to express to all, how u have changed my life as well as my family. From when I was first diagnosed with cancer our world was shaken and bleak. You gave me hope and courage. U listened, u were compassionate and caring. I could not wish for a better doctor. U and your team are amazing and this comes from U as the lead, u are so respected and loved. You are honest, to the point, in a relaxed and caring way and this made me trust you with my life. I have been a patient of Mr Kaplan since 2013. First for lumpectomy and radiotherapy and later in 2015 for mastectomy when the DCIS came back. At all times he has been unfailingly kind and caring and such a good surgeon that my lumpectomy scar was almost unnoticeable. I have now been discharged but know that if I have any concerns in the future I would be in very good hands.

Mr Kaplan is just awesome. I was extremely worried about my procedure but his professionalism coupled with his great interpersonal skills made things easier for me. I removed a benign lump and I could hardly tell I had an excision. My post op feedback was just great. Thanks a million. Great work Dr Kaplan.
