Great doctor. Easy to talk to and explains things well. I feel well looked after. Secretaries were also very helpful.
Great chap - personable honest and competent
Fantastic care under Prof Kochhar. He truly looked after me after I was disillusioned with another consultant. I had surgery with him on my rotator cuff, he explained the procedure and what I should expect post op and talked me through how much pain I might be in post op and what it would be like as he’s had the same surgery. It was nice to hear that he has been a patient too and that he understood my concerns. Have no hesitation in recommending him. Nice guy, honest and capable.
I’ve had pain over my elbow for about six months. Went to see Tony terrified I would need surgery. He told me what was going on, explained my options and most importantly that surgery was a way off! He’s patient and his letters are clear and easy to understand. The physio he referred me to is also local and fantastic so it’s been a great experience all round.
I had a great experience with Professor Kochhar. I'd been suffering with pain in my shoulder for a while and nobody was able to explain why clearly to me. Professor Kochhar showed me on a scan what was going on, took the time to explain it to me in words I could understand and answered all my questions. I am grateful he was so patient and understanding as I was anxious about my condition and he didn't rush me at all.
