After suffering with chronic pain in my upper limbs for over a year (and numerous misdiagnoses on the way) I eventually saw Professor Kochhar and he was able to diagnose me accurately within the initial assessment as suffering from cervical radiculopathy. MRI scans were needed to confirm this diagnosis but since this point and having begun physiotherapy I have noticed a positive change in my overall functioning and pain. I would greatly recommend.

Tony Kochhar was fantastic. He was recommended by a friend who he had treated and I was not disappointed. Very knowledgeable, no nonsense and straight talking. Really helpful.

I was terrified of having this procedure because my costume making career is dependant on full use of both arms and the fine muscle movement in my hands. Mr. Kochher was an EXCELLENT surgeon. After 8 months my arm was stronger than before the injury and I was pain free for the first time in 3 years. I didn't experience much pain after the operation but at the 4 month mark I felt that the operation had been a failure because I still wasn't experiencing normal movement, my arm was weak and I was in low grade pain constantly. Mr. Kochher had warned me of this healing/ pain trajectory and he was spot on with the timing. By 5 months things got better and by 6 months I felt great. Two more months of strengthening exercises and I was in a perfect state. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic care. I am 1 year on from a should op and I couldn't be happier. Mr Kochhar was really attentive, explained all the options to me and we agreed a non-invasive route first. When we exhausted this we went to surgery and with this being the first time I had had surgery he explained everything to me and I felt comfortable having it done. Post surgery Mr Kochhar was happy to see me as often as I needed. I never got the impression I was just another patient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I did a lot of research before choosing a surgeon and I believe I chose the best.
