I had a consultation for back pain with Mr Bateman. He was everything I expected of a consultant surgeon, caring, listening and attentive to my needs. I felt confident in his advice. He made me feel that I was important and offered me various solutions to consider bearing in mind that he felt there were other issues impacting on my symptoms.
