I met Thomas at the BMI Cheadle Hospital after being diagnosed with a non-functioning neuroendocrine tumour in the pancreas. It was decided that I would need a laparoscopic distal pancrestectomy and a laparoscopic splenectomy. I felt reassured by his honest approach. Thomas was great at creating an engaging and Informative meeting, giving bad news but with a confidence that he would do his upmost to try and ensure superb outcomes. After concluding several tests, Thomas and Christian, operated on me at Cheadle BMI. The operation has been a success, in terms of removing my spleen, lymph nodes and the majority of my pancreas. The post-operation support has also been superb. Thomas was available for consultations, or even quick messages; these have been superb for me as I dealt with a barrage of worries. I cannot thank Thomas enough. He has guided me through a worrying time and his demeanour has been supportive and I will be forever thankful.
