I was seen by Dr Majmudar on two occasions, firstly for a Endometrial biopsy and then again for a Hysteroscopy, on both occasions this Doctor was absolutely phenomenal, I have the utmost respect for him, he put me at ease and explained exactly what he was going to do and during both procedures he was constantly checking on my welfare and reassuring me, the nurses on both occasions were also fantastic, I honestly could not of been in better hands, a massive thank you to Dr Majmudar and the nurses.
I saw Mr Majmudar for a consultation regarding heavy menstrual bleeding. He did an ultrasound and took an endometrial biopsy which was a rather unpleasant experience. The worst aspect, however, was that the letter he wrote my GP contained some glaring errors, notably with regard to the current treatment I need to use. He accidentally put half the dosage of progesterone that we had discussed, and now my GP surgery is prescribing me the wrong amount, as they dare not go against the "expert". Despite me writing to him a month ago pointing out his errors there has been no response. I have had to source extra medicine privately. I do not feel he is a competent doctor, or has much real interest in doing his job properly.
I was seen and treated by Mr Majmudar. He is gentle and kind. I was nervous about needing a hysteroscopy but he was reassuring, and most importantly, he did the procedure with hardly any discomfort. That is amazing and I have the greatest respect for this doctor. Patients are sometimes too quick to criticise and judge. This consultant is a consummate clinician and I would recommend him highly.
Didn't examine at all only because I might have possible have Adenomyosis he was about to write a medication that he doesn't even would I really need it or not.
