I went to Dr Shoaib for my rhinoplasty and I have no regrets whatsoever. From the initial consultation to the last appointment following the procedure, Dr Shoaib and La Belle Forme were great to deal with. The results are 10/10 and my nose looks even better than imagined. I had a 3D scan carried out initially which gave me an idea of what my nose would look like before I went ahead and to be honest I think the result is actually better than the predicted result. The recovery wasn’t pleasant but after the initial 2 weeks, I could go back to work and get back to normal so it really wasn’t too bad. My only wish is that I had made the decision sooner. I couldn’t recommend La Belle Forme/Dr Shoaib enough.

I have already given a glowing review about Mr Shoaib, my plastic surgeon who carried out my facelift and eye surgery but wish to add the following. I wish to thank also most sincerely the anaesthetist and theatre and nursing staff who looked after me on the day including my return visits for my aftercare. Finally, a huge thank you to Nicola, my surgery coordinator and all the other girls at reception. They are all so lovely and have been most welcoming on my appointments.

After a difficult three years during which my husband died suddenly, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had a mastectomy, chemo and radiotherapy when I looked in the mirror I could see that all of the above had taken its toll on my face in particular including my weight dropping by 35 kilos. I decided in October 2022 to seek out the best plastic surgeon in Glasgow with the intention of having a facelift plus blepharoplasty to my top and bottom eye area. My exhaustive research took me to my consultation at La Belle Form with Mr Shoaib. He is a lovely consultant with a great bedside manner and understood my needs immediately. Within a number of weeks my surgery was performed at the clinic under general anathsetic, no complications whatsoever and I was back home by early evening. I was a little apprehensive about surgery to my face and eyes but I need not have been as my discomfort was minimal for a couple of days and I was amazed at how little bruising and swelling I had. I was walking my dog as normal and carrying out my usual routine. I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my facelift, blepharoplasty, scarring at my ears is barely visible. Due to the skills of Mr Shoaib, I’ve been given back my self confidence, my face of at least twelve years ago and now look forward to putting on makeup once again. After a traumatic run in with life I am now looking forward to enjoying it and the future without hiding behind oversized dark glasses. Only my immediate family know I’ve had the surgery so it’s a great boost to be commented on by friends as to how amazing I am looking. I would thoroughly, whole heartedly recommend Mr Shoaib to anyone out there contemplating having a facelift or eye surgery. A million thanks Mr Shoaib for giving me back my life!

Dr Taimur Shoaib was my rhinoplasty surgeon at La Belle Forme and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From initial consultations to post operative care and advice, he was always so helpful and enthusiastic. It is clear he takes a lot of pride in his work, and rightly so as he is incredibly talented and the results were better than I had ever thought possible! He made me feel so at ease throughout. On my first appointment, I was a little nervous about the procedure but he spent time going over every thing and explaining to me what he would be doing as well as an honest review of what to expect. The practice is run superbly and everything seemed to run very efficiently. I really appreciated Taimur sitting down with me on the day of the op to go over any last burning questions I had and ease any fears! He did the same after the op. After visiting him a few weeks after the procedure, he seemed genuinely excited by my new nose as I was which was so endearing to see! I don’t think his care can be matched and do not have any improvements! Thank you Taimur.

Mr Shoaib provided an excellent duty of care. I found his manner to be totally supportive, listening to what I was looking for, explaining everything that would happen clearly & concisely. I am delighted with the results of my surgery, especially the minimal scare tissue. Overall the results have exceeded my expectations.
