Dr Shoaib completely understood my concerns and was transparent about what I could realistically expect from the surgery (rhinoplasty) and the healing process. It feels wonderful to now have a nose that actually suits my face - I've gained an immense amount of confidence as a result. Additionally, I received excellent care at all stages from the other doctors, nurses and admin staff at the clinic. The only thing that I would highlight for improvement would be for Dr Shoaib not to rush through the initial consultation so much, but maybe I just caught him on an off day.
