I have recently undergone major surgery under the care of Mr Casans and will be forever grateful for the professionalism, care and compassion I have experienced from him at all stages of the process. At the outset Mr Casans explained to me what needed to be done and the risks involved in a calming and reassuring way which put me at ease and filled me with confidence. Since the operation he has, with genuine concern for my welfare, kept me very well informed about the successful outcome and what to expect during recovery now and also in the future. I feel extremely fortunate to have had such wonderful treatment from a truly exceptional consultant surgeon.

I feel extremely fortunate and privileged to have been under the care of Mr Casans, without doubt an exceptional consultant surgeon. He listens with interest and is understanding and compassionate. Through two major surgeries and chemotherapy, I felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care under his supervision and have been kept informed at every stage through personal contact. Mr Casans is a wonderful consultant. He is caring and compassionate, first and foremost. He always listens carefully, is completely honest and straightforward in his dealings with patients, and has the highest professional integrity and moral standard; he is absolutely a man of his word. In the words of a doctor friend of mine, Mr Casans is old enough to be highly experienced but young enough to be fully up to speed with modern techniques and medical thinking. In my view, he is absolutely first rate and I could not recommend anyone more highly.

I have been under the care of Mr Casans for over 3 years. I have just had major surgery in the last month. I have been under several consultants but Mr Casans is the only one who would help me. He makes time to listen to his patients and never judges. He is compassionate in his job and explains everything in detail. My life was in his hands and I am very grateful.
