Im pressuming he was the doctor who stepped in to allow me to be booked in. If it wasnt for his help, i would've been turned away by one of the nurses / receptionists at reception and left with broken bones.

I’m not sure this is the correct name but I’m pretty sure it was. He was fantastic and really tried to put my 7 year old daughter at ease. It was nearly midnight and we had been waiting for 4 hours but he still managed to make her smile. He took the time to talk to her and help her to feel involved in the consultation. I felt he listened to me as a parent and really wanted to do his best to help us. He was very supportive and kind.

He took the time to listen to my daughter and provided additional information to support her future health and well-being. It was a very busy night shift and he could have let us go earlier but he persevered until he got the best answer for us.
