My son had glue ear which required management with grommets. Mr Pal took the time to explain to both myself and my husband the pros and cons of undertaking the procedure and was very patient ...even when our 4 year old threw in a few questions.
Mr Pal is kind mannered and pilot and is very efficient and professional in his approach. The post operative after care was also thorough and impressive.
