I have had a very positive experience whiles under the care of Mr. Suresh Pushpananthan and his team during my perioperative, intraoperative and postoperative journey. Whilst the procedure was routine for them they never forgot it was unique for me. They were professional, caring, encouraging, supportive and showed good humor throughout. I felt completely confident in their approach. I was able to contact him @ any time if I had any concerns. Thank you so much

Since I met Mr Pushpananthan after a diagnosis of a spinal tumour last year I have been unfailingly impressed. I have found him consistently honest, clear, kind and professional. Despite being very busy I have always found him generous with his time and highly attentive. Fortunately my surgery has been a complete success and I owe my return to a busy, fulfilling professional and personal life to his skill, competence and God’s blessing. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Pushpananthan to anyone requiring expertise in spinal neurosurgery.

Mr Pushpanathan, He is the most kind, caring and professional person - who goes the extra mile to care for his patients. He saw me in clinic, answered my concerns, arranged all the tests and kept me involved in every stage of my treatment. I had the surgery, he and his team were excellent and Barts NHS Trust are lucky to have a World Class Consultant and I am grateful for everything he did to assist me with my condition. Thank You and God Bless you always! Mr Raoof (Patient)

Dr Pushpananthan performed a Spinal surgery on me early December last year and it was huge success. I am not sure I will still be here and able to walk without the surgery. I recovered fantastically well and I was so happy to see him last week for the official discharge from his clinic. Looking back, Dr Pushpananthan was very supportive and attentive especially at a time where a lot of Health Professionals had let me down on my patient care. He his one of the very few people I trust with my life on the NHS. I met him for the first time about 15 mins before I was wheeled into the Theatre for my Surgery and he was very respectful and supportive with providing the information I needed on the state of my condition and what the surgery procedure will entail. He his definitely my Medical Angel and a Professional I will be grateful to for life. If he was a GP he will definitely become my Private Physician for life. To be honest, I can't think of anything to improve with his care and service. He his clearly talented and knows his job inside out because everyone including Doctors who saw my MRI scan after the surgery commends his work and my Nurse is always in awe with my recovery progress each time I show upfor my monthly check-up post- surgery. Kindly let me know if there are any awards I can nominate him for in his Hospital or around the Country? Many thanks, Dami Sarumi

I was transferred to the care of Mr Pushpananthan due to my current Neurosurgeon being unable to undertake my operation due to more urgent cases. Mr Pushpananthan was totally outstanding in his manner, expertise and professionalism. I felt in the most utmost safest hands I could be in. I awoke from my spinal surgery pain free !! something of which I had suffered for seven months. Totally fantastic treatment reassurance and delivery, Mr Pushpananathan is a credit to the Royal London Hospital and Neurosurgery.
