I was very impressed with Dr Naik. He was very informative and explained everything very clearly, including drawing diagrams. He was willing to repeat things several times. We did not feel like he was rushing to the next patient. He was not at all patronising and treated me like an equal. He directed all questions to me personally, rather than my family members, which can be quite rare for doctors that i have seen previously.
Dr Naik also recommended that we attended our local Gp practice to get a care package for home support. This made me feel that he was very caring and interested in me and my wellbeing in general.
