Since I was first referred to Mr Sharma I have had nothing but praise for him. He has the rare ability to give bad news well without pretending it is other than it is. He is personally concerned with your welfare. He is warm and relaxed. He also engages you in the process: for example, by showing you what he is seeing and explaining what he is seeing. This gives one enormous confidence. But it is also clear that he is a great team leader. The whole team are focused and relaxed. They give you the feeling that they are all together in wanting you to get better and are not just processing you. In my fairly wide experience this is unusual in hospitals and is very much a reflection of Mr Sharma himself.
