He was very caring and thorough. He took care to get to the bottom of my problem and took time to go through the various treatment plans. I felt he was very well informed and trusted his expert opinion.

An excellent listener and thorough in approach to treatment (recurring condition), clear explanations of approach and reasons why second surgery was needed. Feel supported and know I can go back if voice quality changes without hesitation.
