I've had surgery previously and understand the process. I was referred to Mr Tafazal by my GP and went through a consultation with Me Tafazal and then met him another time and finally whilst having surgery. I found him not only professional but so humble and importantly an excellent communicator. He listened and showed care. He didn't rush me and genuinely spoke to in a way that put me at ease. I observed him talk to his colleagues when consulting and also whilst having surgery. He's got an excy sence of humour and a lovely relationship with everyone regardless of the role they are in. I really admired his personality and humbleness. We need more people like him! Thank you
