I have had the pleasure of Mr James’a care as an nhs patient and could not be happier with the results. He’s a genuinely kind doctor who listens to patients and manages their expectations gently. I’m very pleased with my outcome and feel ‘normal’ again. To me he is an exceptional surgeon and it’s this, coupled with his genuine kindness that made such a horrible time in my life bearable.
