Mr Disu is an Earth Angel. I had stage 4 endometriosis & 6 endometrioma cysts. After waiting on a pandemic waitlist of over 1 and half years, I had my laproscopic surgery with Mr Disu. He is highly experienced in endometriosis & genuinely cares about his patients. He called the hospital on his day off to consult me. He is a warm, kind and down-to-earth man & I'm lucky to have met him.

I was diagnosed with multiple fibroids and severe endrometriosis and got referred from NHS to BMI stepney green hospital and my consultant was DR OAK, dr Oak did my surgery open Myomectomy stating that, he will remove my fibroids and endometriosis. After my surgery which is a big cut of nearly 10inches when I wake up I found out Mr. oak freaked out and couldn’t finish my surgery as he wasn't experienced enough to handle my case. He blamed MRI scan report and he also told that no one will be able to do the surgery alone, there need to be others surgeon as my case is very critical, he also mention that my next surgery will be again open myomectomy. I suffered a lot with this big cut for six months. When i found Dr STEWART DISU, from BMI Clementine, He is a godsend. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients.He explained to me that he will do laparoscopic surgery, I don't need to have one more big cut. He did always take the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. He’s diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be.It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. He did my laproscopic surgery and he was able to remove the fibroids and endometriosis. After the surgery he visited me every day in hospital to check my condition and also the entire staff was wonderful.I would highly recommend Dr. Disu to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant doctor!

I had a surgery with Mr Disu for vagina refashion due to childbirth injury, however, afterwards I have been suffering from the surgery over 8 months until now. I had many times fellow up visits, but Mr Disu could not give me sufficient suggestion (no treatment was done), and he did not recommend me another colleague to further seek medical help given that he could not help me further until I started to seek help by myself.

Mr Disu is truly the most incredible doctor I have ever met. I trust him with my life and hold him personally accountable for saving me. As an endometriosis suffered I was repeatedly dismissed and upon meeting Mr Disu he seemed so different. He really listened to everything I had to say, took the time to give me advice on how to proceed and explained everything really well so that I had a full understanding of what was going on in my body. I have had in person and over the phone consultations with Mr Disu and he always remembers me, speaking to his great care for his patients. I met Mr Disu at Northwick Park Hospital (NHS) and had various consultations with him, but due to COVID and NHS wait times I had several private consultations with him and my laparoscopy privately at the Clementine Churchill. He came to see me before my surgery, drew a diagram of exactly what he intended to do and answered every single one my questions (I always have a long list for him, which he is always more than happy to patiently answer). He spent 90 minutes on my laparoscopy, taking the time and care to check my entire body for the endometriosis and then removing it. He also came to see me straight after the procedure and the following morning - showing me pictures of everything he had done and answering more of my questions. I have also had my 6 week check up where he explained everything really well and gave me all the information I needed going forward to manage my condition - including dietary and lifestyle advice, not just medications. I say Mr Disu saved my life because before him I had been ignored for so long I was starting to believe my pain was made up in my head, I had lost all hope of finding the cause of my pain and suffering until I met him. If you are an endometriosis sufferer, or have suspected endometriosis, I would really recommend you see him. He is an incredible man who truly cares for every single one of his patients and he will do everything he can to ensure you are diagnosed and treated. He seems to be one of the few doctors who genuinely cares for women with endometriosis and has extensive knowledge of the illness - something that most doctors and consultants do not. I highly recommend him!
