I really liked the way that Mr Tai handled my care, from initial consultation to after surgery follow up. I had been in some discomfort for some time, and it was getting rapidly worse. Mr Tai gave me complete confidence in his ability and that I was going to be very well taken care of. The surgery was quick, the aftercare was great and I am delighted to say that the surgery was very successful. I had my misgivings before the operation, I was not at all sure that it would make any difference. In the event, my only regret is that I didn't go and see Mr Tai sooner than I did, the outcome is terrific. Mr Tai has a very pleasant manner and was calm and, professional throughout. I would recommend Mr Tai to anyone else without hesitation. He made something that I was not at all looking forward to very straightforward and almost, dare I say it, pleasant! Thank you Mr Tai, my knee feels great.

This was my second hip replacement operation performed by Mr Tai. I knew that I would have to avail of his services again having had my first hip replacement operation two years ago. Mr Tai made me feel at ease explaining the x-ray and the operation he was going to perform. The pre operation team were excellent making sure that my medical needs were catered for. The whole team in the operating theatre made me feel at ease from the anaesthetist to the theatre nurses and following the operation the staff in the recovery unit looked after me really well. The physio department reminded me of the post op exercises I needed to do and Kiera my designated physio was excellent. My recovery from the operation has been extremely good thanks to the skill of Mr Tai and his team.

I visited Mr Tai after 4 months of pain with my right knee. I found out i had torn the meniscus in my knee after my initial MRI scan and so decided to proceed with having a knee arthroscopy. Mr Tai answered all my questions very clearly and detailed any risks involved with the surgery. He also took the time to go through in detail and with photographs the work that was carried out on my knee once the operation was done. His PA Ellis was also a great help and very efficient in helping me get any pre-op questions and concerns I had about the surgery answered. My operation went very well and the care at Pinehill was fantastic, within 6 weeks i am now back to work and suffering none of the pain and discomfort i was experiencing before the surgery. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of my operation and I would thoroughly recommend using Mr Tai. Thank you.

Having endured a year of pain & impact to my quality of life I was extremely lucky to have Mr Tai as my surgeon. Throughout every step of the original consultation, he took the time to explain the process, guide me through my options as well as explain the risks associated. His PA (Ellis) was absolutely superb in taking care of all of the scheduling & kept me informed along the way. This was my first ever operation, Mr Tai fully understood my nerves & hesitation & was with me through every step of the way, he is the consummate profession & following a full hip replacement I was up on my feet & within a week walking totally unaided, I've been completely pain free within 6 weeks & back enjoying life to the full once again. When you embark on life changing surgery you always hope for the best outcome, I could not recommend Mr Tai & his team at Pinehill enough, the nurses, the anesthesiologists & the after care team have all been simply amazing - Thank You so much !
