I was seen by this clinician for HPB surgery. He is a very good listener and was willing to use extra time to gauge my medical history from outside the UK despite having a busy schedule. I really appreciate that. Having experienced healthcare in other countries over the past years, I have been impressed by the NHS services so far and do not think that private healthcare will always guarantee the best service. Not even in a seemingly advanced country. Thank you.
