I had the displeasure of having a consultation with Mr Basavaraj. Absent of any listening skills, he was dismissive & apathetic. Twice, completely ignoring my questions. One of my symptoms is a cough which exacerbates my throat/neck pain. Devoid of any eye contact throughout, his advise was 'to stop coughing.' Along with my other symptoms, I informed him I believed I had oral candidiasis. He told me I hadn't. Directly after this my GP & pharmacist both agreed I had. I enquired if he thought I had a certain medical condition, he responded by merely shrugging. A disgrace to his profession.

An extremely caring gentleman, who listened to my description of my various symptoms (Menieres Disease) and was easily able to conclude the appropriate course of remedial action. He performed efficient and effectual surgery on the affected ear last week. All has gone smoothly, and as he predicted.
