I recently had a breast operation to remove B3 DCIS tissue. In the pre-op consultation he was very thorough and answered all of my questions, in layman's terms, with humour. Even talking to other colleagues to have a fuller understanding of my situation. At no time did he make me feel that I was taking up too much off his time. My husband and I did ask lots of questions! On the day of the operation his bedside manner was totally professional but very friendly and calming. All of this instilled me with confidence and trust in him and the whole breast care team.
