Mr Ahmed is a warm and caring consultant who inspires confidence. His manner is friendly and open. In consultations he takes time to listen carefully to any concerns and addresses them completely. I have been treated for breast cancer and in examinations he has been thorough and reassuring. He also made sure that I knew exactly how to examine myself. I never feel rushed or intimidated by Mr Ahmed. My mastectomy was performed by him and healed well, leaving a very neat scar. When I saw him today, he checked me carefully and made sure I knew how to contact him if I had any further concerns in the next 4 years. He said, “You won’t be forgotten”, which I thought was a lovely phrase and demonstrated his empathy for the mental as well as physical care of his patients. I feel very fortunate to be in his care, trust his judgment completely and wholeheartedly recommend him.

I am very grateful that Mr Ahmed was my breast surgeon at High Wycombe Hospital on 5th November 2020. I felt very comfortable and safe in his care and he did a super job. I have been a patient of Mr Ahmed's for 3 years now, and he has operated on me for each of my breast cancer operations, x 2 lumpectomies followed by a double mastectomy. I felt at ease and reassured by him from our initial meeting and had confidence in him throughout my treatment. I am fine now and would highly recommend Mr Ahmed to anyone else requiring breast surgery.

Dr Ahmed was amazing in teaching me and my colleagues. He was so warming and taught us everything about Breast oncology and the approach to patients anxious about results. I definitely felt like part of the team and would love to work with him if I ever go into Breast surgery/medicine
