Mr Ahmed was a brilliant doctor who put me completely at ease. Although the department was undermanned and extremely busy on the day I visited he didn't make me feel like he was in a rush to get me out the door. He explained clearly what tests he was going to send me for and why they were needed and when the results came back explained the next course of action. Highly recommended from me.

Mr Ahmed was friendly, chatty and made me feel very comfortable with my surgery. The after care I received after having several post-operative complications was fantastic and reassuring. Nothing to criticise at all.

Mr Farid Ahmed has a calm reassuring manner which sets you at ease. He gives you time to ask questions no matter how silly they may seem and treats them with respect. He outlined the treatment proposed and explained why in layman's terms. If I had to pick out an area of improvement I would say to cut down a little on the use of humour.
