I underwent surgery for the removal of a papilloma and the milk ducts. Mr Ahmed was very reassuring and explained everything clearly. He did an excellent job, the wound was barely visible and bruising minimal. I didn't even need painkillers.
When I attended the follow up appointment he took the trouble to inform me as soon as possible that the biopsy did not reveal anything sinister.
He has an excellent 'bedside manner' and is a skilled surgeon. All the staff I encountered in the day surgery ward and the operating theatre were efficient and kind.
